An apostille certifies the authenticity of a notary’s signature or an official record so it can be used in another country that is part of the Hague Apostille Convention. Arizona apostilles are issued by the Arizona Secretary of State and are required for many legal, immigration, personal, and business matters abroad.

I concentrate on the authentication of documents for use abroad, ensuring that your documents are acknowledged internationally without any difficulties. 2. I will look over document(s)

• checking for errors or missing information

• if legalization is needed rather than apostille

• is document translation needed and any other concerns, if any.

3. You choose the Apostille price package that best fits your needs

• You will be charged after the document(s) have been error free approved and sent off to SOS office. I will send a text to notify you of this.

4. I travel to the designated destinations to obtain apostille (secretary of state) or (reach out to embassy) for legalization for each document sent in to acquire the documents authentication.

5. Once I receive the apostille, I will send them back to you via USPS, FedEx, UPS with tracking number, I can deliver the package to you, or you can pick up the package at an agreed upon public place.

*I will always send updates via text throughout the whole process, putting you at ease.

There are many tedious steps to go through. This can take plenty of time out of your day, especially if you are not aware of how the process works then it could bring unwanted errors and more time wasted.
