Apostille Courier & Legalization

What is an Apostille?

An apostille certifies the authenticity of a notary’s signature or an official record so it can be used in another country that is part of the Hague Apostille Convention. Arizona apostilles are issued by the Arizona Secretary of State and are required for many legal, immigration, personal, and business matters abroad.

What is Legalization?

Document legalization is for use in countries that are not apart of the Hague Apostille Convention. If so, there are further steps that need to be taken in regards to the authentication process making it more complex and time-consuming. Let me do all the heavy lifting for you.

How does the Notary Public come into play?

I concentrate on the authentication of documents for use abroad, ensuring that your documents are acknowledged internationally without any difficulties. I will make sure everything is seamless for you by knowing the ins and outs of the apostille authentication process and also the rules and regulations the Arizona State of Secretary has put in place. I will be your very own private courier.

Get In Touch

I charge a travel fee of $0.65 per mile and my starting point every time is located at 2400 W. Cactus Rd. Phoenix, AZ which is Cave Creek Park.

If you would like the notary to provide witness(es) for the notarization there will be a fee charged $15 per witness. Please let me know in advance if you will need one.
